Dyeing Easter Eggs

Soles, Louisa and Aunt Mamma came home the Wednesday before Easter and we wasted no time celebrating Easter. We headed over to Gigi's house on Thursday afternoon to dye eggs. Whoever thought dyeing eggs with four kids four and a half and under was CRAZY!!!
Wallace and Louisa have some sort of special connection....we have to remind them that they are cousins :) Louisa will share and play with Wallace but she thinks Emma-Glenn is a baby (even though they are only 5 months apart) and wants to play with the boys.
On to the egg dyeing. We did it the good ole traditional way first.
It was very hard to be patient!
Waiting patiently.
Next we tried putting the dye in bags and rolling it around. Then we put glitter on it!
Wallaces hands started turning colors.
Then we used rollers to roll the dye onto the eggs. I had two serious kiddos working on their eggs.

The finished products...that is what's left of them! Soles accidentally ran into the drying table with his bicycle and quite a few broke. Who needed that many eggs anyway, it was the process that was fun!
