Tate Farms

One of our favorite things to do in the Fall is go to Tate Farms Pumpkin Patch. We didn't have a free weekend to go so Whitt came home early and after naps we headed to Tate Farms.
These two monkeys were very excited!!!
After a little drive, we finally made it to the pumpkin patch!
This year I had a plan. Since we got there around 3pm and they closed at 6, I wanted to make sure they got to do everything they wanted to do. There is so much to do but I wanted to make sure we got to do the hay ride and get our pumpkins first. Then we had the rest of the time to play.
Wallace and his pumpkin.
Emma-Glenn and her pumpkin.
Hollywood in the pumpkin patch.
All of our pumpkins!
Riding back to unload the pumpkins.
Once we got back, we put the pumpkins in a cart to take them to the car. These two wanted to do it by themselves.
Then we went to ride on the corn train.
Next on the list was the BIG slide.
Then to the petting zoo.
Giving the bunny a kiss.
This year, they added a bouncing pillow! Wallace had so much fun!
Emma-Glenn climbed up like a monkey but had a hard time staying on because of all the big kids.
Silly girl!

After all of our fun, we headed to the concession stand to get dinner to eat on the way home and pumpkin cups with orange drink!
We got in the car and Emma-Glenn didn't want to eat and looked very tired! All of a sudden, she threw up all in her car seat. We made it home but she got sick again all over the carpet in her room. She had a fever and went to bed. The next day I took her to the doctor and they said it was just a virus. She was fever free by the next day! Poor girl had so much fun, I hated that she ended the day like that!
