Where has the time gone?!?! Wallace, three years ago today you were born. You were the prettiest baby I had ever seen and we immediately fell in love with you! You came into the world a mess (first thing you did was tee tee on the nurses when they weighed you) and are now an even bigger mess. You LOVED to rock and swing in your swing. We spent many hours in your rocking chair (even when you were closer to one) and read books and snuggled. You didn't crawl until you were 9 months and didn't walk until you were 14 months. I could not believe how fast your first year went by! I had a hard time when you turned one!
I could not believe that a year had already gone by! You had all of your friends to your party and it was a hot August day but a good time was had by all. You had a HUGE cupcake cake and a smaller (but still big) cupcake cake for you. We had cake for days but it was so cute! You changed so much from one to two. You went from a baby to a little boy. You started walking/running and talking and started school after Christmas. You seemed so little walking into school but thought you were so big. One of my favorite moments was when your sister was born right before you turned two. You were SO excited and when you came to the hospital you wanted to hold her by yourself and could not love on her enough. I was so proud of you!

Then before I knew it, another year had gone by and you turned two. When you turned two, it came with the good, the bad, and the ugly. You are the sweetest little boy and love to give hugs and kisses. You are very opinionated and want to do what you want to do (which causes problems). You love to snuggle with your mommy in the mornings and watch Curious George. The sweetest thing is when you say "I love you mommy" out of no where. You are a little rough with your sister but you love her and think she is so funny. You are swimming like a fish and practicing swimming without your swimmies, you love jumping off the diving board, you can ride a bike with training wheels, you are really starting to use your imagination, you can dress yourself, you love going to school, you can cut with scissors, color, love to paint and do projects with Gigi, think you know how to do karate, only take and hour nap (so you don't miss anything) and are soaking up everything around you. You watch and listen to everything! Two months before you turned three, you were potty trained! We bought underwear and after two accidents it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. You still sleep in a pull up at night and I have had to clean up a few messes (you want to stand like daddy). It is once again amazing how much you have changed from two to three! Now you are just (as you would say) a big boy. We are so proud of you and wish we could put a brick on your head to make you stop growing. We love you Wallace and are so proud of you!!!
